Ray’s Trash Service Official Contest Rules

1. No purchase necessary and only persons 18 years of age or older and a resident of Indiana are eligible to enter. One entry per person, per web address from 8/1/2007 through 12/15/2007. Persons must be present to enter. Need not be present to win. One winner will be selected every week to win the prize and will have 24 hours to respond to Ray’s Trash Service or a new winner will be selected.
2. This contest is not open to employees of Ray’s Trash Service, and any advertising, public relations or promotion companies associated with the above listed people. Respective families are ineligible to participate in the contest.
3. Prize Description: Enter to win a Peyton Manning Jersey, four exclusive field seats and a visit to the field for a chance to win up to $1000.00.
4. Prize Details: Prize will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will prize be replaced if lost or stolen. Prize may not be sold to a third party. No cash or prize substitute will be allowed for any part of the prize. All taxes, incidentals and additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the winner.
5. Contest Description: The weeks of 8/1/2007-12/15/2007 persons can go to the Ray's Trash Services website (www.raystrash.com) and click on the Indianapolis Colts Logo. Then persons will answer a series of questions to be registered to win the prize. Registration will take place between 8/1/2007 at 12 a.m. until 12/15/2007 at 5 p.m. On Friday of each week, one person will be randomly selected from all completed surveys to receive the prize.
6. Prize is not transferable and will be awarded in the name of the contestant only. Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes, and may be required to execute a statement of eligibility and liability release. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use without compensation of his/her voice, photo or likeness for promotional advertising purposes in connection with this contest.
7. In return for being permitted to participate in this contest, all participants agree to release Ray's Trash Services, Inc., its director, officers, employees and agents and participating sponsors, their affiliates and agencies or parent corporations from any and all liability for injuries or damages of any kind sustained while involved in any contest activity or through the use of a prize once accepted.
8. All prizes must be claimed at Ray's Trash Service, Inc, located at 3859 E. US Hwy 40, Clayton, IN 46118. Prizes not claimed will not be awarded. Two valid forms of identification are required to claim the prize.
9. Winning name will be randomly selected from all entries received to win the prize. Odds of winning any prize selected will be determined by the number of qualified entries. A qualified entry consists of a successful completed survey at the Ray’s Trash Service site during contest dates.
10. Ray's Trash Service, Inc. is not responsible for failure of any internal or external system, including but not limited to, telephone, internet, web servers, or networks that could delay or prevent the submission of a valid entry into the contest.
11. In all matters pertaining to contest eligibility and interpretation of these rules, the decision of the management of Ray's Trash Services, Inc. is final. All persons competing in this contest shall be deemed to have read and understood these rules. Ray's Trash Services, Inc. management may terminate this contest at any time without prior notice. Ray's Trash Service, Inc. in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or is otherwise in violation of the rules. They further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any game not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
12. If by reason of error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
13. A complete copy of these rules is on display and can be obtained at Ray's Trash Services website (www.raystrash.com) between 8/1/2007-12/15/2007.
